COMPLETE CORE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF OPERATION MANAGER
Complete Core Business Solutions has announced the appointment of Neil Roberts as Operations Manager as the company continues to invest in future growth.
38 year old Mr Roberts has joined Complete Core Business Solutions from Harmen Becker Automotive Systems in Bridgend where he was area manager with responsibility for leading continuous improvement in quality, productivity, scrap reduction and effectiveness. He is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
As a member of the senior management team at Complete Core Business Solutions, Mr Roberts will be responsible for following LEAN manufacturing principles, creating a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing current production practices, driving productivity and efficiency improvements to provide a sustainable manufacturing performance year on year.
