The new 32,500 square foot freehold unit is set in 2.5 acres on the Ynysboeth Industrial Estate. It was previously owned by industrial property agents Ashtenne. The £750,000 investment has been privately funded and includes the cost of the purchase and refurbishment along with the creation of a dedicated clean room.

Constructed of composite hygiene panels, the 230 square metre clean room is a glass free environment and will enable Complete Core Business Solutions to now handle primary food products on behalf of the food and drink industry.

Established in the contract pack market as a hand-packing company, Complete Core Business Solutions now offers additional facilities that include mixing and blending, pouch filling, flow wrapping, bottle filling and vacuum packing along with auger filler and linea weigher capabilities. The new premises are HMRC licensed as a trade facility warehouse.

Clients include Imperial Tobacco, Cell Drinks, Rocktails, Genesis Biosciences, Ensinger, BCF Technologies and Land Energy.

With a turnover having grown by 31% in the last year to £6.39million, Complete Core Business Solutions was established in 2006 and is privately owned by Managing Director Steve Nicholls. He comments: “Continuous investment and absolute confidence in our offering has enabled us to grow the business despite the difficult economic conditions. It is this growth that fuelled the need to move to bigger premises and we are very proud to be in a position where we have been able to self-finance the investment required.”

“The superb advice from our advisors and support of our staff has eased the process considerably and we are now actively marketing our new facilities. In the current climate, the last thing brand owners and retailers want to be thinking about is increasing their in-house packing operations.”

“In fact, we are proud to offer choice, flexibility, innovative packaging technology, excellent value for money and, unlike many Far Eastern facilities, the ability to react swiftly to the demands of the market. We are genuinely excited about the future.”

Complete Core Business Solutions was advised by James Sanders of Powell Lloyd and Wynford Charles of Charles Crookes and Jones Solicitors.
